Pull-on style with covered elastic waistband. Two patch pockets and one cell phone pocket. Reinforced seams at stride and inside leg for strength.

these new cargos feel cheap. the side pocket is missing and the x-large are too long in the stride, making them too long in length also. we prefer the older style.
